I love childcare because I am fascinated by early childhood development and the unique way children learn through exploration. There is nothing more rewarding than creating a safe, structured environment where a child feels confident enough to be themselves, ask questions, and reach their next developmental milestone. Coming from a large family where I managed daily care and logistics for my younger siblings, caregiving has always been second nature to me. Transitioning that personal passion into professional Montessori and nature-based environments has made me realize that supporting a family’s growth is exactly what I want to do with my life.
