Kaitlyn did a fantastic job taking care of our child Kristian, he went out of his way to tell us that he thought she was really nice and that he would like to have her again as a sitter. She was also fantastic with and very enthusiastic about our cats, which is always wonderful considering they are an important part of our lives as well. Before the scheduled job she was very communicative and actually read our job posting. Kaitlyn was extremely punctual, arriving early even though our house can be difficult to find. She was extremely flexible and asked a lot of good questions to ensure our child's needs and preferences were met. She also gave us the option of sending regular updates or only reaching out if there were questions or concerns, which I appreciated as it gave me the option to decide the level of engagement while my partner and I were out. Overall she was a wonderful person to have over, and I would highly recommend her to any families looking for a reliable, responsible and kind caretaker.
