Children are the little blessings to this Earth. My most recent experience was with a child who was mentally challenged. He was 7 and I was with him for a total of 4 years. Looking back it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. As part of his daily care, I provided him with prepared healthy and balanced meals. These meals were in accordance to his parent’s nutrition plan. I also worked with him on learning skills such visual shows, games and other activities as well as his mannerisms. I took great pride in his daily development. Each day, he and I grew closer together developing a comfortable and loving relationship.
