Hi! My name is Aalyia, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in elementary education. I have a strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth in a safe, positive, and engaging environment. I have hands-on experience working with kids of different ages in several settings. I’ve worked in a Montessori school with young children, where I learned how to encourage independence, creativity, and curiosity. I’ve also worked as a teacher’s assistant in an elementary school library, which gave me experience interacting with a wide range of grade levels and personalities. In addition, I’ve cared for children in my church’s nursery and helped with an after-school program, supporting both playtime and structured activities. I would describe myself as patient, reliable, and attentive. I love creating a fun and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves while also learning and growing.
