Hi! My name is Jayden I am 21 years old. I used to be a babysitter to these wonderful two boys who are 3 & 6. After that, I nannied this amazing 5 year old little boy. I now am a Registered Behavioral Technician and work with kids who have autism. My experience includes prepping meals, night time routines, coming up with fun, safe, and age appropriate activities to engage the children in, cleaning up as we go, and so much more! All of these amazing opportunities have taught me so much and I am ready to learn so much more! My goal is to always be patient and kind so that they can watch and do the same. Jayden worked for me watching my son for almost three months. Everything started off ok, but then she started showing up late all the time. In the last month and a half she worked for me, she was late 12 times. I'll give her a pass on 2 times because they seemed reasonable, so that leaves 10 times that she was late. Her communication became very poor and she wouldn't respond for several days. When I brought up that she had been late a lot, she put in two weeks notice. Her performance watching my son was just ok, but her punctuality and communication were awful.
