I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids, which is one of the reasons I plan to become a speech pathologist in the future. I know how important it is for children to have a safe, fun, and supportive environment, and I understand how much of an impact caring adults can have while growing up. I have experience working with children through both my family life and volunteering at the Vera Court Neighborhood Center, where I tutored kids and helped supervise activities. I’ve also worked in tutoring positions, so I’m comfortable helping children learn and stay engaged. I’m responsible, patient, and good at keeping routines. I can cook basic meals, help with homework, keep children entertained, and create a positive environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
