I knew Claudia would be excellent when she proactively sent references! I was specifically looking for someone with experience of caring for under-3s and she was amazing, answered every question we had, and created a great rapport within the first half hour. She's excellent with communication, punctual, and professional. My son now looks forward to her visits and gets his books and cars ready to go ahead of time!
