Unreliable. No show on day of work, then requested more money from what was agreed upon, despite the fact that she had zero experience listed and not cpr certified. Her only job as a trial run was to watch my son play for 2 hours( while dad worked online ) to ensure he doesn't climb on anything too high; give him a food pouch , (if hungry and possible diaper change because you never know with a 16mo old. I wouldn't recommend UTSA students. This is the 3rd one that flaked after making a commitment. This has caused me to leave work early and loss of pay.
