She was not reliable. After two days she called stating she was unable to return due to a personal concern. She then stated she would follow up with me as soon as she confirms results. I did not hear from her for a few days after her initial message so I reached out to her. She then confirmed that she will need to be away for two weeks before returning to care for my son. Two weeks past and no follow up so I reached out again, this time no response. I am very disappointed.
