Hello parents and thank you for taking the time to view my profile! My name is Estrella, I am 24, and I find so much joy in nourishing young hearts and minds. I understand finding the right person to care for your most precious gift can be a difficult and often times nerve-wracking task. I would love the opportunity to put your mind at ease and create a warm, nurturing, and fun environment for your family that you'll feel confident and comfortable with! :) I have spent my entire career passionately working with little ones with over 6 years working in childcare and educational settings and babysitting in both company and home environments. For the past few years I have been a teacher but I am looking to shift into the role of a fulltime Nanny so I can focus my skills on impacting individual families and helping you and Read more your children celebrate all of the beautiful milestones of childhood. I am educated and knowledgeable in child development and CPR certified. I have experience working with toddlers, preschoolers, and school aged children and have worked with children with Autism, ADHD, ODD, sensory Integration dysfunction, physical disabilities, and those working through trauma. I am adaptable, and willing to help with anything your family needs including housekeeping, cooking, transportation, or running errands. My favorite activities to do with kids are arts and crafts, fun science experiments, and nature based learning activites. My favorite part of childcare is the excitement in the face of a child who just learned something new, cool and fascinating whether its a toddler figuring out using a spoon or a 5 year old learning that deep breaths help them feel calm. I am a passionate believer that with children every moment has impact and importance. I look forward to the opportunity to bond with your children and create a safe, loving environment that encourages exploration, fun and growth.
