Meet Kiara

Hello, I’m Kiara! A 19 year old college student Why do you love being a sitter? I come from a big family and have five siblings, so caring for others has always been a part of my life. Growing up, I often helped take care of my younger siblings, whether that meant keeping them entertained, helping them with things they needed, or making sure everyone was safe. Because of that, I’ve always enjoyed being around kids and helping others. I find it really rewarding to support families and create a safe, positive environment where kids feel comfortable and cared for. What experience do you have? I regularly babysit for family members and family friends, in addition to helping care for my siblings while growing up. Through this experience, I’ve learned how to manage routines, keep kids entertained, and make sure they stay safe. Some of my strongest skills are patience, communication, and reliability. Growing up in a busy household taught me how to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to what different kids need. I’m good at planning activities, helping kids feel comfortable, and maintaining a safe and positive environment.
