Hi! My name is Tatiana, and I have nearly 5 years of professional childcare experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. I began my childcare career at Seaborn Day School in South Tampa as an Infant and Twos Assistant Teacher, where I gained extensive experience caring for infants and supporting their early developmental milestones. I currently work as a Lead Twos Teacher, where I plan engaging activities, support learning and development, manage daily routines, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children to thrive. I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and build confidence while creating meaningful relationships with the families I work with. I believe every child is unique and deserves individualized care that supports their interests, personality, and developmental needs. In addition to my hands-on experience, I have completed my 45 DCF training hours, am SIDS certified, and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I Read more am also currently working toward earning my CDA (Child Development Associate) credential. I have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, allowing me to safely transport children when needed. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors. As a Florida girl, you’ll usually find me near the water—whether that’s swimming, enjoying the beach, or simply soaking up the sunshine. I also have two huskies who keep me active and entertained, and I enjoy painting and other creative activities in my free time. My love for creativity and outdoor exploration naturally carries over into the way I engage with children through art projects, sensory play, and outdoor adventures. Families often describe me as dependable, patient, nurturing, and energetic. I take pride in creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn.
