Hello, my name is Miah! I just moved to the Asheville area, I have been CPR & First Aid certified for over the past 8 years! I am comfortable with child of all ages as well as pets and house cleaning. My journey in childcare really began in 2018 when I started working with a 12 yr old child with development delays During this time I transitioned jobs and discovered my love for teaching children to swim. In my 6 year experience as a Full Time Swim Instructor - I gained experience with children of all ages, skill sets and learning styles. I transitioned into nannying 3 years ago and have been consistent with one family with two sons. I am a very patient and calm person with creative ideas for fun and learning. I feel it is important for children to have fun but also gaining something from the Read more experience. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to provide a structured and trusted environment. From outdoor adventures to board games, I enjoy activities for different interests and age groups. My goal is not just to provide childcare but also give tools that help a child's development, grow and have fun!
