Thorough. Reliable. Trustworthy. These are the three top words I'd choose to describe Julaine. She is first of all great at what she does; she doesn't miss any areas. She also works quickly and efficiently but doesn't cut corners. Our place is spotless each time she comes. Second, Julaine has been cleaning for us on a weekly basis since March, 2013. She has never been late. She had to reschedule once but was prompt and clear with her communication. Finally, it was easy to build trust with Julaine. She has been respectful, honest, kind and open with us from the start. We've been up front with our needs and preferences and have adjusted to suit each other very well.
