Hi! My name is Tabitha, and I’m 19 years old. I absolutely love working with children and have enjoyed caring for kids from a young age. I’m responsible, caring, patient, and dependable, and I always try to create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. Growing up, I helped care for my aunt who has Down syndrome, and I also have several family members with disabilities. Being around people with different needs has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, compassion, and being willing to adapt to each individual person. I’m comfortable providing support and making sure everyone feels included, respected, and safe. I’m also one of the oldest among my cousins, so I was often the one who volunteered to babysit. I genuinely enjoyed spending time with them, keeping them entertained, helping with their needs, and making sure they were safe while Read more their parents were away. Caring for children has always been something that comes naturally to me, and babysitting is something I truly enjoy. I take the responsibility of caring for someone’s children very seriously. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident knowing their children are in good hands. I’m currently working toward completing my GED and am also in the process of obtaining my First Aid and CPR certifications. Although I’m currently working toward my GED, I’m committed to giving the children my full attention while I’m caring for them. My education is completed on my own time and will never take away from my responsibilities or attention while babysitting. I’m excited to continue gaining experience and would love the opportunity to provide a caring, safe, and fun environment for your children.
