Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel safe. Building positive relationships with children and watching their confidence develop is one of the most rewarding parts of working with them. I strive to create a fun, caring, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged, and excited to explore new activities. What experience do you have? I have over three years of professional experience working with children as a Behavior Technician, providing one-on-one care and support for children, including those with autism. My responsibilities have included implementing individualized behavior plans, teaching communication and daily living skills, planning engaging activities, supporting positive behavior, and ensuring children’s safety at all times.
