I am Infant/Toddler Assistant, Lead Infant/Toddler Assistant, Preschool Assistant, Lead Preschool Teacher, Director 1 and Director 11 certified. I worked at Self Help Head Start for nine years. I have gained experience in working with students of all skill levels in inclusive classroom environments. I have experience in implementing Induvial Education Plans (IEPs) and skills in behavior management. I have assisted lead teachers in curriculum planning, and implementation of lesson to produce positive developmental outcomes. I help my students through hands-on learning experiences that provide them with developmentally appropriate opportunities to progress. I am currently a Lead Pre-K teacher in the Kingston area and recently got hired for this job after leaving Self Help Head Start as of this year.
