I am a loving, kind, and compassionate nanny who has raised two grown children that are both enrolled in college. Growing up throughout my own childhood my grandmother a retired school teacher was always inspiring me to continue learning new things. I have over twenty years experience caring for children of a various ages, including sick children, newborns, preemies, twins, and special needs babies. I have worked as a full time nanny, a corporate back up care nanny, and as a newborn care specialist. While I do love working with children of all ages at this point in my life I’m focusing on my career as a newborn care specialist. Im passionate about learning everything newborn I’m constantly reading about the latest newborn research, trends, and laws. Im an associate member of the International nanny association (INA) which is an organization that constantly strives to professionalize the nanny industry by setting standards in place. I understand what an honor and a privilege it is to be invited into your home to share these most treasured moments. I have been told by previous employers that I have can-do, pitch in sensibilities. The most rewarding part of my job is empowering new moms and dads and helping build up their confidence and knowing that I have made a difference. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, visiting with my boys, traveling, reading, and being outdoors.
