Hi everyone! My name is Emma, and I’m currently looking for a full-time nanny position come June as my current nanny family is moving I have several years of professional childcare experience, along with a lifelong background of caring for children. I grew up in a big family and have 10 nieces and nephews, so childcare has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve worked in both private and public daycare settings, as well as provided one-on-one nanny care for infants, toddlers, and young children. I am DCF trained and CPR certified, and I always prioritize safety, structure, and age-appropriate development. My approach to childcare is a blend of Montessori and Reggio Emilia–inspired methods, encouraging independence, creativity, and learning through play, while also maintaining a calm, consistent routine. I believe children truly thrive with predictability, patience, and gentle guidance.
