Hello Families! My name is Hailey, I have a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Minoring in Education and have years of experience working with children in professional and in home settings. Since graduating college, I have been a Pre-K and Twos Teacher, along with being a Two's Program Curriculum Coordinator! With over 10 years of experience in early childhood care and elementary education, I bring a joyful, curiosity-driven approach when working with children to foster learning experiences within everyday scenarios. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and Educaring practices, I believe children learn best through meaningful relationships, hands-on exploration, and plenty of wonder. You would often find us outdoors, following children’s interests through nature-based adventures, sensory play, and investigation experiences designed to spark imagination and curiosity. I love creating engaging environments where children feel free to explore, get messy, ask big questions, and have fun while learning and growing every day!
