Hi! My name is Rachel, and I'm an independent provider in the Hudson Valley with over 10 years of experience supporting teens and young adults with Autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities. I have a Master's-level education and specialize in supporting individuals who are working toward greater independence and benefit from guidance with social skills, community involvement, and building confidence in everyday settings. I take a calm, patient, and supportive approach, with a strong awareness of how overwhelming busy environments can feel. My goal is to help each person feel more comfortable and confident navigating real-world situations at their own pace. I offer 1:1 support, including nature-based community sessions in outdoor settings like trails and parks, assistance attending social groups and community activities, and respite services.
