I have many years of experience working with children of all ages. I was a career nanny for several years and was employed by 3 families. Currently I'm a montessori teacher working with children 3-6 years old. I am a child at heart and enjoy guiding children toward independence with lots of child led exploration. I believe children thrive when given the opportunity to be exposed to lots of outdoor time, hands on learning, and given freedom within limits. I love involving children in household chores, cooking, art, and swimming. I'm looking for something that is close to home with a family that is open to allowing my three year old to join me in caring for their child/ children. I'm open to a nanny share opportunity that would allow an affordable high quality childcare provider.
