Dear Parents, my name is Gabby, I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, minoring in areas of sociology and trauma. I have experience in behavior modification, knowledge of developmental psychology, and adolescent psychology. I know how to help shape behaviors based on a child's developmental stage to benefit both child and parent. If your child is struggling with any tough behaviors, I can help! I am CPR, first aid, and AED certified, your child will not only be safe in my care but will have lots of fun. :) During my 4 years of college, my most significant childcare experience was working at overnight summer camps. I was responsible for the safety, cleanliness, sleep, and fun activities of 8 to 13 children. At the end of every week, these children would leave the camp, and a new group of children was assigned to my care the following day. I received Read more training in this child care position on what to do in case of anaphylactic shock, asthma attacks, injuries, and more. I got to teach, learn from and care for girls and boys ages 5 to15. It was difficult at times but it was such a joy that I did this for multiple summers. After I graduated, my most significant childcare experience was working full-time caring for energetic twin toddlers, whom I grew to absolutely adore. I still take care of these same children from time to time now, though they are no longer toddlers. Occasionally, I provide care for a family with four children ages 10 to 15. I have taken care of children for the majority of my life as a go-to babysitter in my family. This fostered in me from a young age what has become a lifelong passion to teach, and care for children. It is truly a joy and privilege to look after children of any age. I sincerely look forward to working with you and caring for your loved ones. A little information about me more personally is that I enjoy being physically active I particularly enjoy bike riding and roller skating. My personality is more extroverted/energetic and I enjoy cooking and baking. :)

Our family highly recommends Gabby! She was very kind, always prompt, always courteous and the kids loved her! She had a great way of dealing with both children and even on tougher days, she was still patient and understanding with them. Gabby is so patient, kind and sweet and handles our 3 year old twin boys with such grace! She plays all kinds of games with them and lots of pretend. She also is a strong communicator. We are so lucky to have found her!
