Being a sitter is incredibly rewarding because I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and being a positive part of their growth and development. Watching kids learn new things, build confidence, and express their unique personalities brings me so much joy. I love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I am the oldest of eight siblings, so caring for children has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a large family gave me hands-on experience with children of different ages, personalities, and needs. In addition to my family experience, I have worked in daycare centers for two years and spent one year working in an elementary school. These experiences have allowed me to support children in both classroom and childcare settings, helping with daily routines, learning activities, behavior guidance, and creating positive Read more relationships with families. My lifelong experience with children inspired me to pursue a career in education. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Education, which has helped me build a strong foundation in child development, classroom management, and effective communication. Through my experience in daycare centers, an elementary school, and caring for my younger siblings, I have developed skills in multitasking, problem-solving, patience, and creating engaging activities for children of all ages. I am reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing a safe, positive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to learn and grow.
