My name is Crystal, and I am a 23 year old highschool graduate. My childcare experience comes from being a student teacher, leading a third grade reading program and occasionally babysitting for friends and family. I also have experience working at a daycare. Although I was in love with what I was doing, due to a change in my location I wasn't in the field for long. I am familiar with daycare the atmosphere and seek to own my own one day. Generally, my experiences is with newborns up to the age nine. I recently worked as a Food service aide, so I have experience with following specific nutritional guidelines. I love children and always have. I love seeing the excitement on their faces when learning new things and how accomplished they feel to show you simple "tricks". I have no children of my own but since I was young, Read more I have always felt a gravitational pull between me and children. Working in the child care field feels inevitable. Any kid I've been around I have always been able to build an instant connection with them. I have helped one of the children in my reading program improve her reading level within the second week of the program. I have also helped potty train several children I babysitted. I am very patient and attentive to their needs. I am someone who loves arts and crafts, I love going outside, whether it's for a simple walk, a trip to the playground with my nephew or to ride my bike. My availability is open Monday through Saturday. Sundays can be discussed. I would be more than happy and excited to meet you and your children hopefully I am able to exceed your expectations.
