Hi! My name is Lillian, and I absolutely love working with children and creating a fun, safe, and caring environment for them to grow in. I’ve been babysitting for the past seven years and have always enjoyed building meaningful relationships with the children I care for. In the summer of 2024, I also worked as a short-term nanny, which gave me even more experience with the day-to-day responsibilities of caring for children. In 2025 and 2026, I worked as an ABA Behavioral Technician with elementary school-aged children. This experience taught me so much about patience, communication, understanding individual needs, and helping children feel confident and supported. I’m currently a college student completing my degree through online schooling, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate time to a nannying position. I genuinely love being around kids and enjoy getting to know their personalities, interests, and individual needs.
