We got so lucky with Kristen, and our toddler warmed up to her so quickly, which is so rare for him. Kristen is incredibly helpful and doesn't shy away from any task. She is knowledgeable and capable and quickly learned all our weird rules of the house. Kristen is communicative and dependable and took such great care of our toddler. If Kristen is available and you don't hire her, you've made the wrong decision.
