Hi families! My name is Dominique and I am 20 years old. I am the oldest of 3 children, so I had some babysitting experiences growing up. I started my professional childcare work as a summer camp counselor when I was 16. Working as a counselor taught me how to manage large groups of children and how to keep them engaged and entertained. I facilitated various playtime activities including group games and arts and crafts. Being a counselor also taught me how to manage different types of behaviors.
