Meet Shania

I love being a sitter because working with kids feels like second nature to me. I genuinely enjoy getting to know their unique personalities, supporting their growth, and helping them feel safe and confident every day. Watching them learn new things, overcome challenges, and just be themselves is really rewarding. I bring a lot of energy, patience, and care into every day I spend with children. I currently nanny two toddler girls, which has given me hands-on experience managing routines, planning activities, and creating a nurturing and structured environment. I’m very comfortable with toddlers, but I also have experience with kids of different ages through babysitting and volunteer work. As far as skills and training, I’m in my third year of earning my degree in Social Work, which has given me a strong background in child development, communication, and emotional support. I understand how important it is to create a Read more space where kids feel heard, supported, and safe. I’m also reliable, trustworthy, and energetic and I genuinely care about making a positive impact in the families I work with.
