I grew up in a bilingual household where my mom ran a family daycare, so caring for children has always been a part of my life. Being around kids from a young age taught me how to be patient, gentle, and attentive to their individual needs. I enjoy finding fun and creative ways to spend time with children, such as going to the park, encouraging play, and helping them learn how to socialize with others. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I support children on the autism spectrum and help them build everyday skills in a positive and supportive way. I hold an Associate’s degree in Psychology and am continuing my education toward a Bachelor’s degree focused on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I truly enjoy working with children and strive to create a safe, caring, and engaging environment for every child I work with.

Ilse was an incredible support to our family when I returned to work. As a first-time mom, this transition felt overwhelming, but she quickly put me at ease leaving my four-month-old in her care. We also have a dog at home, and she seamlessly managed both with ease. Ilse is reliable—consistently on time, positive even with a fussy baby, and an excellent communicator!
