She listed a rate of $10-12/hr and it says she’s willing to take care of 3 children. So I messaged her bc we are offering $16/hr. Instead of politely responding “no thank you” she responded by saying “FYI your rate is low in my opinion.” Ummm, it’s above the rate she’s asking so I’m confused why she would put that in her profile. The response was offensive and unprofessional.
