She’s really great with my children and she’s on time, efficient and goes above and beyond sometimes without asking. She works with you on pricing which is a plus, professional and my children have gotten accustomed to her and her ways which is also aligning with my way of parenting as well. She has never been late and never been a no show, very understanding and positive attitude, polite, generous and respectful. 10000/10 lol off the charts, I’m very picky when it comes to my children and I don’t play! When something is not aligning with what I like or want her to do she corrects it quickly and apologetic, she’s my permanent nanny from this day forward! It’s never been a time where I called her and she couldn’t! It’s always okay what time and when! She’s very reliable and trustworthy!

Janayia came over short notice to sit four children while I was in town celebrating my birthday! I definitely will be using her again when I come back! Very professional and even did cleaning around the house without being asked! The kids loved her!
