I want to be a nanny because I genuinely enjoy working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported every day. My best friend has a baby, so I’ve had a lot of experience helping care for young children, and I also babysat often throughout high school. My first job in high school was hosting children’s birthday parties, which I did for a year and a half, and it taught me how to keep kids engaged, safe, and entertained in a fun environment.
