I went to college for elementary education Went to Guam, met my husband, had children. Once I became a mom, I stopped teaching. We came back to the States and I was a foster parent for more than ten years. We decided that it would be better fit for the family if I changed to private care. I have a son who was diagnosed with PDD NOS. He had seizures when younger. He is non verbal and uses PECS as well as ASL. I work with a young man who has CP. and uses a feeding tube.
