•What skills and training do you have? I have a solid foundation in nonprofit leadership and community outreach, supported by a B.A. in Nonprofit Leadership and a minor in Leadership Development from Rockhurst University. My training includes specialized coursework in leadership, program coordination, and community engagement, as well as alcoholism and addiction education. I’ve gained hands-on experience in client services, administrative support, outreach coordination, and case management through internships at organizations like Guardian Angel Settlement Association, Community LINC, and Saint Patrick Center. I’m skilled in database management, scheduling, intake processing, and maintaining strict confidentiality protocols. In addition, I bring strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency in merchandise and transaction management, and a conflict resolution style that focuses on accommodation and collaboration. My experience coordinating events and facilitating partnerships has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, lead with compassion, and support diverse community needs.
