I am a college student who has been working with children for 3 years. I am a Registered Behavior Technician, and I specialize in working with children who are both physically impaired and have special needs. I have worked with all ages from 3-34 years old. I am CPR, First Aid, and Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine Auto-Injector Certified. I believe that the most important thing about working with children is approaching with kindness, and showing them that you care in the way they want to be cared about, and not the way you want to be cared about. You must show genuine interest in what they are passionate about, and establish a connection before you can do anything else. I want to be the sitter I would've wanted as a kid, and want to provide that to your family!
