Susan mainly watched our 1 year old. However, she also watched our 9 and 7 year old. She was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive with our children. She was energetic with our one year old- playing outside, singing songs, going for walks- etc. My older children really loved how Sue engaged with them - art project, games, etc.

We met with Susan during our nanny search, and we absolutely loved her. She was very sweet, down to earth, engaged with our daughter, and considerate to us as parents. Susan is very relatable, a direct communicator, and seems like a wonderful caregiver. We had hoped to hire her, but another lucky family made her an offer before we did.
