VACCINATED 💉 First dose of vaccine! Hello all! 🧍🏽‍♀️My name is Karla Solis. I am a 19 year old studying at Alamance Community College in Graham, although I do have plans of transferring to a 4 year university next year. *I speak Spanish as well, so if you are comfortable with it I would be more than glad to read, sing, etc to your child in Spanish* 🎓 👶 My major is in Early Childhood Education, and I have my credential from the Division of Child Development and Early Education. I absolutely love all of the classes I have taken, and have experience creating Lesson Plans (planning activities). I visited the childcare in my school a couple of times and had the opportunity to do activities with the children, but because of COVID, only the employed teachers can work with them. ⏰ Occasional babysitting and date nights, or part time. I will say that I have zoom class Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 9:30-10:50, but if you need me at those times, all I would need to do is have my class set up on my laptop and just listen to what’s going on, calls are recorded and posted on the teacher’s page and I always go through in the afternoon them to take notes, but I do need to put my name in the chat box for attendance. 👶 Experience: My youngest brother was born when I was 12 years old and I helped raise him, I also took care of my cousins babies when they needed to rest or run errands, so I do have baby experience. I started babysitting outside of my family at about 15 years old and then found a wonderful family in 2018, but because of COVID we decided to do try out virtual meetings and for the time being, that’s what works out best. 📍Efland, but will babysit in Carrboro, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, or if you’re house is for some reason unavailable, we can definitely use my house.
