I love being a sitter because I have a genuine passion for caring for children and supporting their growth, safety, and well-being. I find it incredibly rewarding to build meaningful connections with children and be someone they feel comfortable, safe, and happy around. Caring for kids is something I truly enjoy, not just a job to me. I have extensive experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds. I have coached girls’ softball teams, which helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. I currently work at a K–8 school on Tuesdays and Thursdays as a social work intern, where I support students who are going through a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I also work within the Santa Clara Unified School District as an on-call substitute for after-school programs. In addition, I have been babysitting my nephew every weekend since he was one year Read more old—he is now four—giving me consistent, hands-on childcare experience with young children. I am CPR and First Aid certified and bring patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills to every caregiving role. Through my experience as a social work intern, I am comfortable working with many different personalities and needs, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for every child in my care.
