I love working with children because I enjoy helping them learn, grow, and feel safe and supported. Growing up with three younger siblings has given me experience with caring for children, being patient, and understanding their different needs. I also completed clinicals at an elementary school, where I gained experience interacting with children in a school environment. In addition, I worked at a home daycare for two years, which helped me develop skills in supervising children, communicating, multitasking, and keeping a safe and organized environment. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I also have training in CPR, first aide,basic patient care, infection control, safety, communication, and recognizing changes in someone's condition. These experiences have helped me become responsible, caring, patient, and confident in working with children.
