My name is Vlada and I am currently a student taking classes for music business and production! Prior, I was a personal trainer for about 3 years. I have an extensive history working with children as well as animals, starting young with babysitting or pet sitting gigs around the neighborhood. Later on around age 17 I eventually also started picking up some housekeeping jobs because I truly enjoyed cleaning, and would find myself doing cleaning tasks anyways during downtime when babysitting ( During nap time, or during extracurricular activities ). I truly enjoy working with and talking to children of all ages, and find myself promoting and creating confidence and lasting bonds together. I grew up involved with the arts heavily including painting, dance, singing, figure skating, horseback riding, ceramics, and many other crafts and diy projects that I took up outside of my more serious after-school commitments. Growing up Read more I always wanted to be independent or do things myself as much as I could and so from my experience working with other children, I feel it is important to allow children to explore and experience responsibility to the appropriate level. I have noticed that allowing and encouraging age appropriate self efficacy, does in fact teach some important boundaries, what is in fact inappropriate, as well as encourages more learning and healthy questions in the non academic spheres of life. I am fluent in both English and Russian languages, and can assist with homework assignments in either if need be as well!

Vlada took care of our two-year-old son several afternoons a week for almost a year. And our son absolutely adored her! She is both playful and responsible, and he was safe and entertained at all times. Vlada was super flexible, being open to spending time in our backyard, at a local part, or a park in a different park of the city when that worked better with my work schedule. Bonus points: Vlada is multilingual. One of our son's primary languages is Russian, and his Russian has definitely continued to develop during his time with her. Highly recommend!
