Hi my name is Crystal! I am very passionate about childcare and insuring that you, as well as your child, feel comfortable and safe with me as their nanny/sitter. When I am in your home, your child will receive my full attention, and I am great at enforcing rules in a fun but still responsible manner. I employ gentle parenting techniques to diffuse and/or comfort if the situation calls for it.
