Hi! My name is Allie, and I’m a 21-year-old childcare professional with four years of paid experience caring for children of all ages. I currently work as a teacher at a childcare center where I specialize in caring for 18–24 month-olds, and I truly love what I do. Watching little ones learn, grow, and discover the world around them brings me so much joy. In addition to my professional experience, I have completed unpaid field experience work during high school, where I worked with children ranging from preschool through fifth grade.
