With 8 years of experience in childcare as a lead teacher in both toddler and preschool classrooms and a background in early childhood education and training, I love being part of a child’s growth and development as well as helping them feel safe and nurtured in my care. I love planning special outings whether it’s a picnic in the park, a walk to get ice cream or making bread in the kitchen or art projects at the kitchen table. Early learning is my favorite and supporting a child while they are learning so much from their surroundings is just the best gift. I am cpr and first aid certified and have recently completed a NC background check for work in a childcare facility. I can supply various references both parent and employer.
