I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and being part of their growth and everyday routines. Growing up with three siblings, caring for kids has always been a big part of my life, and it comes naturally to me. I love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. I have years of hands on experience caring for my younger siblings, helping with daily routines, activities, and supervision. Through these experiences, I have learned how to be patient, adaptable, and attentive to individual needs. I am comfortable working with children of different ages and understand how important trust and communication are for families? I am graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in Health Sciences, and this fall I will be attending Washington University in St. Louis after being accepted into their Occupational Therapy program. My Read more academic background has given me a strong understanding of health, safety, and child development. I am also a Division I collegiate athlete on the women’s soccer team, which has strengthened my responsibility, discipline, time management, teamwork, and leadership skills. Balancing academics and athletics at a high level has made me dependable, organized, and calm under pressure, qualities that are especially important when caring for children. I take pride in being someone families can trust and rely on.
