Hello, I am happy that you have stumbled upon my profile! My name is Jillian. I grew up in Sewickley, living with my 3 siblings, my parents, and my grandparents. I know how special it is to have supportive adults in your life as a child and I know how hard it is to find those people as parents. When I’m not working or babysitting, I enjoy spending time outside, taking naps with my dog, and hanging out with my friends and family. I currently work full time at a private daycare & preschool center in moon township, where I spend most of my time with children ages 2.5-4. Prior to starting with this company in August 2025, I spent four years working at the Sewickley YMCA Childcare center and gained substantial experience working in all of the classrooms there (infants starting at 3months up to preschoolers at 5 years Read more old). Before eventually ending up at a childcare center, I got my start working with kids when I was 15 at local church services. Spending an hour a week there led to babysitting for those families and led to one of the pastors asking me to provide the childcare for young adult Bible study groups. These groups sometimes consisted of up to 20 children between the ages of 12 months and 12 years old. In addition to the small group events, I also babysat privately for some of these families, consistently watching kids 3 days a week for one family, doing weekly or biweekly date nights for others. I have plenty of experience working with families with one child up to 5 children and have worked comfortably with ages 3months to 15 years old. Due to currently working in an early childhood education, I keep up with over 10 hours of different training each year, as well as required fire safety training and cpr/aed/first aid training. Additionally, I have my criminal background check clearance, child abuse clearance, NSOR, and FBI fingerprinting done routinely and available upon request. *holiday hours may be charged at an increased rate and cancellation fees may be charged for dates scheduled in advance*
