Hi! My name is Lexi, and caring for children has always been a huge part of my life. As the oldest of four siblings, I naturally stepped into a nurturing role from a young age, which developed into a lifelong love for childcare. Over the years, I’ve worked as a nanny, a child crisis specialist, a children’s gymnastics coach, and in several service roles that strengthened my communication, patience, and responsibility. I have professional experience supporting children in high-stress situations through my work at a Child Crisis Center, where I learned how to stay calm, problem-solve quickly, and provide emotional support. I also coached young kids in gymnastics from 2023–2025, helping them build confidence, coordination, and joy through movement. Alongside childcare roles, my time working in both Mission Hospital and the restaurant industry taught me reliability, time management, and how to connect with people of all backgrounds. Because of this, I am seeking a nanny position where I would be able to bring my son with me.
