Hi! My name is Amber! I’m currently a student at Michigan State University, majoring in Economics and International Relations with a minor in Chinese. While I plan to pursue a career in finance, I have a passion for working with children, and I’m excited to dedicate my free time during undergrad to childcare. Growing up, I spent much of my time in afterschool programs and summer camps. Once I was old enough, I became a Counselor-in-Training and later a camp counselor, where I gained hands-on experience caring for groups of children ages 7–12. These experiences taught me responsibility, patience, and how to keep kids both safe and engaged. I believe childhood should be filled with creativity and fun, away from screens whenever possible. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and playful environment where kids can truly enjoy themselves. I look forward to helping your children thrive!
