Hi! My name is Wendi Quinonez and I am 26 years old. I am a college graduate as my dream was to pursue a degree in Social work to provide me an opportunity to work alongside children. I have a bachelors in Sociology and minor in child development. I decided to pursue both of these majors because I have a special relationship with children and having them in a loved, safe environment is my top priority. My goal is always to create an environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and respected. I am also aware of healthy boundaries and respect for the children as well as myself (and parents of course). My main goal is to help children build independence and confidence. It is amazing to see how a child can be very curious and creative. I love seeing children developing their problem-solving on their own but also knowing when Read more to ask for help. I believe children learn through play, and they learn from observing (a mix of both). I am always up for a challenge and happy to receive feedback. I value all my families who have trusted me with their child, I also value strong communication skills and consistency. I am happy to answer any other questions. Thank you. Speaks Spanish &’ English Is comfortable with pets (large dogs included)

Wendi is amazing. She has cared for my son (1 year old) multiple times. She’s my number one to call. My son always is smiling and laughing with Wendi. She’s creative, always keep him occupied and entertained and he’s always happily tired after their adventures together.
