My name is Oyinkansola Ojo, and I am a first-semester nursing student with a lifelong passion for caregiving. My love for being a sitter stems from the genuine joy I find in supporting a child’s development and being a positive, energetic mentor in their lives. Having grown up as the second born out of five children, I have spent my life in a busy, multi-child household where I naturally stepped into a leadership and caregiving role. Whether I am helping with homework, managing bedtime routines, or organizing creative play, I pride myself on being "the fun sitter" while maintaining the structure and boundaries that parents expect. My years of hands-on experience have taught me how to stay calm in high-energy situations and how to anticipate a child's needs before they even ask. Beyond my personal experience, I bring a high level of professional skill and training to every home. As a nursing student, I have foundational medical knowledge, including safety protocols and emergency response, that provides parents with an extra layer of peace of mind. I am also CPR certified. My ultimate career goal is to become a pediatric nurse, so I view every sitting opportunity as a way to further my understanding of child health and behavior. I am dedicated, highly skilled, and truly invested in the well-being of the children I care for, making me a sitter who parents can trust completely.
